It seems to be around 4am that the balance changes on your account (bad insomnia, what can I say?). It is weird to get used to, especially when everything on Dooyoo happened instantly, but it's nice logging into Ciao and seeing your balance increase daily.

It's a shame what happened Dooyoo, as I liked the site, and I felt I was only really getting into it when the changes happened. I was one of those people who waited 6 weeks for an Amazon voucher, and was ignored every step of the way by Dooyoo admin.

They promise changes after Easter, but haven't mentioned which Easter.....

I wonder if anyone can help me - I redeemed my dooyoo miles for Amazon vouchers on 4th April, and sent an email to chase for them earlier this week. Today dooyoo have emailed me to say it was sent on the 15th. I have never redeemed for Amazon before so not sure what format they come in. Surely they don't send physical Amazon vouchers in the post?? (Hopeful) Thanks !

It's an Amazon gift certificate they send - you get an email to say they have sent you a gift certificate, just the same as if it was a personal gift from someone. If they are saying it was sent on the 15th I would query that with them!

No payment into my bank as yet but they did say thurs/fri I'll check again in the morning. I won't be happy if it's not there

Well well well, I gave up the ghost and 'chashed' in for vouchers on Tuesday and I got them today! Unexpected given the experience of others.
