I had a reply to my query as to where my Amazon vouchers were recently. Apparently they were processed and sent on "the day" I claimed them - I received nothing.

Now been told that they are checking with accounts and will reissue if the vouchers were "lost" in the handover.

Suffice to say I will be following this up if I don't hear anything...still remain very suspicious.

:T:T Always worth giving something a go although right this minute there are gremlins on Ciao with rating....I've found a way of getting round it though.

I'm not called GentleGenius on Ciao though.... am CelticSoulSister on there.

Hi Milmol7, I took the leap and went over to Ciao. Took me a bit of time to get used to it, it's more complicated then dooyoo but getting there. I'm recognising a lot of the people from dooyoo and everyone is really friendly and welcoming.

They've been offering 40p for every review on 'face' products and 'gaming' this month which is totally my forte, so I've been really fortunate to join when I have. Go for it - catch you on the other side

I still haven't cashed out on dooyoo - too scared of it getting lost in the ether. Keep thinking I'll do it when the problems are more ironed out but I won't hold my breath! Lots of total junk reviews on the most recent Whhhhhy?

I'm also on Ciao, having taking the leap to start using it in addition to DooYoo. I find you need patience with Ciao; you don't always seem to notice any difference in your account and you may not get many ratings at first, but then a few days or weeks later you check again and find that actually your reviews have done quite well and you've earned a few pennies! I'd recommend giving it a go to see how you find it. I also tend to put 'also reviewed by me, Cazkins, on DooYoo' on there (or visa versa) to show it appears on both sites.

I think once I'm back from holiday I'll look into Ciao because I really enjoyed reviewing products and services and it gave me inspiration for things

Hi everyone, after everyone talking about ciao I've also joined (name is Candyflosscloud) done about 3 reviews. How long did it take for people to get paid?

On Ciao? The do a bank run once a month, usually in the middle. This month we received money on the 10th but usually it is around the 17th.

The cutoff for requesting the funds is the last day of the month, which will then be paid several weeks later.

I meant until you actually get some "earnings" 2 people commented on my review but I've got nothing yet

My total seems to update overnight so I think it's an automatic "at midnight" thing. Takes a while to get to the £5 payout unless you post very regularly or get a reward from the Premium Fund, but I'd rather have the £5 payout than wait ages for a £20 Amazon voucher that may not arrive.
