Just to let you know that I received my amazon voucher from them after emailing them my user id and redemption date.

Thanks everyone! No joy yet. Strangely enough I do know that they have issued the voucher, as in my initial email I stated 20,000 miles redeemed but they correctly told me in their response they my redemption was 40,000. I have asked for it to be cancelled/re-issued but now it's gone very quiet again.

sorry going back to ciao and I don't like it the people on it I have found rude saying my reviews aren't detailed enough saying I should tell people how to use it....sorry really? Are people that stupid they don't know how to 1.read instructions on the packet and 2. not know how to use body butter?

I haven't seen the review to which you refer.

Ciao is different to Dooyoo. Ultimately it is up to you. If you want to do well then you need to take the advice that longterm members suggest.

Thing is people have rated my reviews etc and still my account is £0.00 =/ so doesn't even seem to be working.

Do points go on now when people submit reviews? So close to cash out (£2) I could just write a few quick reviews.

I had a similar thought, but I've been trying to post the same review for about two weeks now and I just get the 404 error page. It looks like no-one has managed to post anything since the 25th. Maybe someone who has managed to post can let us know about the points though

Doing more on Ciao lately after Dooyoo changed so badly.
But have now found that every suggestion I make for Ciao is refused - saying I have not given a URL for info when submitting - which I have - most annoying as I have been doing face creams for the 40p each.
Have emailed them as you cannot post or comment on their Facebook page either now - what is going on?
