So disappointing. I tried earlier in the week to post a review and got an error message so thought I'd leave it a couple of days. Back on today to give it another go - same result. Nothing seems to have changed - no visible improvements to the site and still the same bugs and broken links.

And another thing - the contact form doesn't work! I've tried to report the issue but the form won't submit because it won't accept a value on one of the fields. Aarghhhh

I emailed them a couple of days ago to report some stuff and they haven't acknowledged the email.

For those that can't see the Facebook page, there's been no updates, I don't think they're even responding to people's comments any more.

There's also a few comments now that the European sites are still on the old design, it's just the UK one that's been "upgraded".

Yes I saw that too - and yes, the French one anyway is the old design. This is the worst 'improved' site I have ever come across. Tried rating one or two reviews today but they still showed as '0' so nothing seems to be sticking - why do we bother!

After reading all your comments , I cant even bring myself to go and have a look.

Think I was on about £12 and although I had kind of lost interest even before the changes, it would at least be nice to reach payout so as not to waste the time I have already put in.

Still cannot post. Took 5 attempts to log on this morning. I have read and rated reviews and left comments, but after going back a few hours later, i review still states it has had no reads, no rates and no comments. I still cannot contact Dooyoo. I am really cross about this I was up to over 47000 miles, it has rejused my miles to 46 something and I have no way of knowing why etc etc. Some are moaning about all teh work for 15000 miles - well what about my 47000. I am relying on that payout to pay a vet bill.

Does anyone know how I can contact them?

It does feel that I am being deliberately ignored due to imminent £50 payout?!

I've just spotted why I have had miles reduced I am down to 294 reviews, I was at 297. I know for a fact that is the case as I was planning my 300th review!

Explains it, but they are not moved to locked and if I try and sort into date order, the list is still random.

I seriously think we need to somehow find out the contact details and to state our cases. surely if enough people do so they will have to act. Personally, I would accept a £47.00 pay out and leave it there, but it is not fair to just expect us to loose that money honestly earnt, especially to a faceless organisation. Cannot help but wonder, if they are going to carry on removing my reviews, so that my miles goes backwards or if it is an innocent error due to the site changes. Does seem odd that when the site came back up miles were intact and by the next day some had gone?!
