Came back to the site after a while away and what a disaster. No-one really likes change unless it is for the better. But I can't seem to find anything of importance. Newest reviews? Miles per review written? Who rated me?

All I'm hoping for is that they have launched the new site far too early before it was properly developed (very bad state of affairs if they have!!!) and that the full functionality will return in the coming days.

If not, I think Dooyoo will be done for.

Someone posted on their Facebook wall stating that she spoke German and so decided to phone DooYoo HQ. She got through to a receptionist who explained they were in the middle of moving offices and very few people were around, apparantly the receptionist has noted the feedback she gave and the complaint about lack of communication from the company and assured her it'll be passed on to the appropriate person.

If more of us spoke German we could probably do the same thing, as it is I think we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.

Seems odd to move offices and change the website at the exact same time...

I've now had 90 points, no idea why... £2.50 til my cashout but not sure if I will bother... The site is a complete farce at the moment!

I'm just £2 from cashout, but not going to do anything til I see that people are actually getting paid - there are too many alarming tales of people hanging on for their payments just now. They also need to tell us how many miles we'll be earning on the revamped site.

I've given up until (and if) they do a major overhaul on all the errors, not to mention give us some decent communication.

I still can't sign in so I'm going to put my efforts elsewhere.

I really don't understand how to find out who has read/rated my reviews on ciao. I can see who has made comments and have read and rated their reviews in return, but I can't for the life of me find any other lists.

Can someone please advise me how to find them?

For those who have managed to post a review to the new site, could you tell me which browser you are using? I've been using Google Chrome and have tried Internet Explorer which just crashes everytime I try to get on the site.
