I am quite worried, I cashed out my £50 the first day the new site went live but I didn't get any confirmation of this just the reduction in amounts. How long should I leave it before contacting them?

Yes! Still can't post a review. I did at least get a response (eventually) from dooyoo when I emailed them which gives me some hope.

It's a good case study of how not to upgrade a website. Their developers should be hung, drawn and quartered!

Yes its like an upgrade form the dark ages - even schoolkids would do better - surely they're not paying for this!!

Can anyone select the type of redemption they want, there are three radio buttons but none of them work!

Also, they spelled "miles cashed in" as "miles chashed in". Shows you the level of testing and proofing they've done!

I'm still waiting to be able to log in. I got a validation email but it just took me to the dam normal log in page so frustrating!

I got an email reply saying I should be able to post a review but when I tried I still couldn't. On Chrome and Firefox browser I can't even login to the site as it says my password is incorrect.

So, the good news is that I've finally managed to log in and submit a review. I think I have also rated some reviews. And levels are back.

The bad news is that just over 5000 of my miles have expired
and
I can't find any way to see who has rated my reviews

It is very fast to rate reviews - you no longer have to open each review in a separate tab to read it - you can just zoom down the community clicking more > Helpful on each one - not much decision to make on the quality now.

If there's no more emphasis on community and rating then I may just post a load of adequate reviews and try to cash-out before the rest expire...
