Another pri!me user. Was going to ditch but really for the watching stuff it seemed a good plan.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Good to know, Watty. Looking at my diary, I might take up a monthly subscription towards the end of January.

Thanks Beanie - "it is what it is" - yep, I've got it from my sister, and taken it up, it says a whole lot of stuff in one tiny sentence :rotfl:

I did, honest :kisses3: I watched the first new Top Gear, and then Matt Damon and Emily Blunt in The Adjustment Bureau :) Downton will be watched at lunchtime today in honour of making myself stop for a proper rest :)

I'm slightly peeved that my videos are too big to go onto my kindle, or rather too big to upload. I wonder if I could upload them to dropbox and download them onto kindle from there? More of that sort of stuff today, and some writing, for the blog and for family.

I don't know - I think you achieved a goodly amount and without overdoing it - sounds like a great result to me :) xx

Thank you greent! Yep, its that balance, thats the most important thing - doing stuff, without overdoing it.

I've been slowly moving stuff around upstairs, ready to move the single bed into the Cosy Corner and have it more useable, rather than just a stacking place. That can't happen in full until I get rid of all the cushions that belonged to my previous sofa and set of armchairs - the plan was to renew the webbing, which had perished, but I've scrubbed that idea, I remember a certain amount of discomfort! Getting rid is another matter - can't do the run to the council extra rubbish collection either today, not in this wind and rain.

I need to do some writing today - a blog post if I can, plus some I can transfer onto my kindle, so I can take it up north and make editing notes.

Amazon have replied to my message about getting my own videos from youtube onto my kindle - asking me to phone/livechat. A piece of software is needed, so I'll see what they recommend, it *should* be fine, famous last words.

And I know what else I can do up north next week - I can start sorting papers, I'm the one my mum always talked to about finances, and there's the genealogy paperwork too ... plenty there to be getting on with.

Difficult times ... not great news from Merseyside, and still stuff to do here before I'm ready to go up there tomorrow, so the diary's being suspended for a while, I'll be back later, but not right now.

Thank you all so much for the love and support, hugely appreciated.
