I'm doing as little as possible today, not even hunting flu jabs - greent is right, I'll check out the pharmacy at my Sainsbo later, they'll have a Monday booking, I'm sure.

Thank you maddie - you're right, resting as much as possible is crucial. I think thats why I've felt so bad the last few days, I had huge days on Weds and Thur, and did too much on the Friday once I was back here.

Just got to phone there to check up, hopefully all will be okay, some adult grandchildren have been visiting from London today.
