    What complete and total idiots - the exact same thing happened to a friend of ours, also in Leeds, recently. They have been 'let off' (if you can call it that when you were never guilty in the first place), so hopefully your OH will be too. Good luck!

    Sorry if i sound thick here but this is a new one on me,

    Someone has 'seen' your husband (who does not smoke) throw a butt out of the car and you get fined by post?

    This is an outrage? they cant do this surely?

    So are we all now guilty until proven innocent?
