Has anyone had a fractionally different qty of a fund arrive with new platform than left HL?
I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Yes, but from what I could tell this was just a case of a different number of decimal places being used in the rounding on the two web interfaces. If I remember rightly, on HL I had one that showed as 8.447 whereas on II it shows as 8.4465

My wife had 240.4876 units on HL but only 240.213 arrived with BestInvest.

Good luck and do let us know how it goes, perhaps on a different thread.

    Not possible apparently :(

Guy I spoke to on Monday went to check, showed me where to see if a fund was available for ISA, and told me how. Didn't work. Called again today, to be told you can only bed and ISA individual stocks. So I have to sell, move cash, rebuy.

Never mind. I've put a couple of sell orders in and will move the cash when they clear.

I don't know what that equates to in cash terms, but did they perhaps have to sell some portion of the funds to cover outstanding / exit fees? Annoyingly I know there's no way to see this afterwards, as HL hide the account so you can't see the transaction history.

HL agreed a fee free transfer and there is still cash in the HL SIPP they could have used.

This would generate a contract note (+email alert). All previous contract notes can still be seen afterwards under 'Portfolio History' after the accounts are closed.

Is it possible that there has been a change in the fund type - eg from dirty to clean or from clean to super clean?

I wonder if another possibility could be that an automatic dividend reinvestment has occurred, and the newly bought funds may not yet have arrived in the new account.

I still have a small residue of a fund in my HL account where most has now moved across to II. Particularly frustrating are the funds that appear in neither HL or II accounts either partly or in full, and appear to have got lost between the two.

Another example of their lesser service?
