misleading = attempt of fraud !

If anyone paid money without knowing what you were buying:

Contact the bank, with ASA & Trading standards rulings against these websites, they will look into the case, that will further strengthen your chances of a full refund..

PS : Not only you will get money refunded back the dodgy website will lose money as a result of charge back. They deserve it...hahahah :rotfl:

You're just going to ignore what happens to people who follow your advice then?
Thought this post below from another section of the forum was very interesting.

Has anyone lost money following my "misleading" advise on OP yet? ? :rotfl:

The issue isn't whether they have 'lost' money by following your ADVICE; the issue is whether they have had a refund by doing so.

Quite - the big question is - has hpuse got a refund after raising a dispute with his bank for the money that he spent when he stupidly signed up for a service he didn't need/want due to not bothering to read what he was signing up for.

Another question that he might like to answer is - have any of these sites been shut down after he reported them to the ASA/TS for being misleading and fraudulent?

Is it a safe assumption to make; hpuse does not run/manage a bank's dispute department? Who is he anyways, right?

Hpuse wrote the post for people who lost money to copycats- not for himself.

So this thread isn't about getting a refund.

Is that what you are saying?

So you now admit then that you have no basis of fact or experience on which to give that advice to people. Therefore, as other posters have proven that your advice to raise a dispute with their bank does not work, will you now remove that incorrect made up advice from your original post?
  • Advert on the radio this morning, saying the Post Office can send your photo to the DVLA, with your signiture, for £4.50!!

I just wonder what OP thinks of this misleading service!!
