Google has a team of engineers working round the clock to stop copycat ads getting displayed by these perpetrators.

Government is in the process of amending legislations to curb copycat activities....

Tax disc is going to be a thing a past, but we have tax disc copycat websites mushrooming even last week.....

Irony is ....there are always posters round the clock here to defend everything that is legal around them.... Yes, that is the reason why this thread is refusing to die.

    There is no 'irony'.

This thread was slipping down the board - having had no posts for almost a week - until you posted your ridiculous link to 'this money' about WHO4.

You - and you alone - are refusing to let this thread die.

and you are STILL editing your OP.

    Last edit 8-04-2014.

It's now virtually incomprehensible. So it least a good indicator of the 'help' possible 'victims' can derive from your gobbledegook posts....

    I completely agree with that.

In my view, what posters should do is watch Government, Google and other agencies tackling this issue (slowly but steadily) rather than hailing legality of a non-ethical online trade.

At this stage, I can also sense that most of the posters who defended legality and bank's position on refunds are in despair now.
The major blow was Google removing copycat ads, so yes, that leads us to believe that the search giant and government thinks they're misleading and doesn't deserve an advert slot on search results page.

The principle is simple :- If a consumer is not mislead - then he or she wouldn't have purchased this, so yes they deserve a refund.
