Not much to report today - I put £1 into a savings account to start the 52 week savings plan and also made a £1.50 payment to cc1.

  • Happy New Year MissT

Hope you had a great evening and you don't feel too poorly this morning._pale_.

Sounds like you have loads of fab plans for 2015. :T

Its nice to have a weekend away to look forward to. I am hoping to take the tent out with the children a lot more this year. But my challenge is to find some cheap quiet camp sites that only charge small amounts, rather than the big ones that I tend to go to that costs the price of a weeks holiday abroad :o.

I look forward to following your journey. We need to get creative this year to kill of a big chunk of the debt. I plan to sell EVERYTHING :rotfl:

Happy new year Steph! Had a lovely chilled evening and didn't have much to drink so feeling fine this morning.

We bought a tent about 4 years ago and have only used it once so the plan is to try and go camping a few times. Even if it's just to one of the local campsites, its still a break away.

Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a good night last night :)

Having a very chilled out day today, just watching films and eating yummy food. I was debating going to the gym (starting the year as I mean to go on :)) but nah I'll go tomorrow.

Have decided to set myself a NSD challenge, will try for 15 this month and see how I get on. Today will be the first one as I'm not planning to leave the flat.

Haha I stayed in my pjs all day yesterday and did absolutely nothing - it was great :) However, today I'm going to be a wee bit more productive, plan is to go to the gym then clean the flat before going up to work.

I was planning a NSD today but the light bulb in the living room has just blown and I can't find any spares. Since I will have to go and buy another one, I will see what else we need and get that today too.

I need to be really careful with money over the next 2 weeks, I will get paid from 2nd job on the 7th and again on the 9th but most of it will have to go on bills :( I think I probably have £20ish spare after the bills are paid but won't know the definite amount until I get the payslips through.

However, it should be doable as there is a lot of food in the flat and I don't have any social things planned in the next couple of weeks. I need to make up a meal planner for the next 2 weeks, we seem to have an extraordinary amount of tatties and cheese so both of those will feature heavily in it.

It's just a bit annoying as it means that I can't really get started on any debt repayments until the middle of January.
