    Happy new year everyone :D

Had a very relaxed hogmanay, stayed in and had a few drinks in the house. Stayed up for the bells but not much beyond that :rotfl: Was at work today so walked there and back, my plan is to walk to and from work every day (unless it's particularly horrible weather) and then try to run home from work 2-3 times a week. This will save me money on bus fares and also hopefully get rid of some of the weight I've put on. It was a NSD :) as all I did today really was go to work.

I've been having a think about various things I would like to do this year. Obviously the main one is to become debt free. I've worked out that I need to pay £181.50 a month to become debt free by Christmas but want to get rid of it sooner than that so will try to pay at least £250 a month to the debt.

I also would like to do a 10k. I can now run a 5k fairly comfortably so would like to attempt a 10k. There's one later in the year that I can do through work (so free entry :D) and I could fundraise for my work so need to find out the date for this.

Now that we've got our wee flat with some outside space, I'd like to attempt to grow some veg. Neither me or OH have the slightest clue about what to grow or what you do so we have a lot to learn.

    Thanks Bob :D

Today was a NSD, I'm aiming for 18 this month so 2/18. I walked to work and then ran home - I'm planning to run home again on Wednesday and Friday. I made a £5 payment towards the debt.

Thanks Bob and monz :D I'm beginning to feel better but still not 100%.

It's been a spendy weekend, I somehow managed to lose my phone on Saturday. Retraced my steps but couldn't find it so went to buy a new one. £85 spent for new phone and a case. Discovered that my contract runs out in May so will be swapping to a SIM only one then.

Also did a supermarket shop and spent £31.54. Didn't think we needed that much but we're well stocked up again.

Not much else to report, been busy organising the kitchen and took a heap of stuff to the charity shop.
