Thanks ani and INOD :D. You are both lovely! Was also a bit confused by the post but took it to mean someone read my first post but didn't want to read 65 pages of diary for an update, possibly? In which case I am just over £500 away from getting rid of the original debt but owe an additional £1300 from furnishing/decorating a new flat.

Just walking back from the new flat at the moment, we have been painting there this morning. Was hoping for a NSD but realise that I forgot a couple of things yesterday so will grab those.

So payday yesterday :D payments to the debt have been made and there's now under £500 left of the original debt :D

Need to do a review of my christmas list to see who I have still left to buy for. Decided with some friends that we will not do presents this year, instead we are going out for a meal just before christmas.

Woke up today with a sore throat and the sniffles so really can't be bothered moving off the sofa to go to work, however, suppose I better :p

  • Whoop whoop to getting below £500. End is now well and truly in sight. Good plan for you and your friends though you'd probably get better food and better service if you leave it to between Christmas and ny.

Thanks INOD. We did think that also but couldn't find a date that suited everyone between christmas and new year.

    Thanks monz.

So today I went for a run down the beach after work and then went to the supermarket on the way home. Spent £4.05 on food and £22.30 on christmas presents. I also put £2 into a sally army collection tin as they were playing carols this evening.

Yesterday was a NSD and today should be too. I have been to the gym this morning and then I've got a shift for 2nd job later.

I've decided to hire a man and van for moving so that it is done in one day instead of bits and pieces over weeks like the last move. Date for moving is a week on Wednesday so will need to start packing soon.
