I didn't go to the gym yesterday either :( I've got (another!) cold, which combined with the house being upside down and my being anxious because of the workmen is making me feel pretty awful. Debating whether to go tomorrow — I hate misding classes, but I don't want to push myself and feel worse. Hard to know when to take it easy, isn't it?! ;)

Hi ABA, if you're not feeling great then best to take it easy and rest up. Hope you're feeling better soon :)

Nothing much to report from yesterday, it was a NSD and I went to my usual kettlebells class :)

Drs appointment was actually today (don't know why I'd got it into my head it was Fri) so I got a two month supply of iron tablets. Hopefully will soon be full of energy again.

Feel like I've spent a fortune today, new cc balance has gone up again. Me and OH went a wander round a couple of 2nd hand furniture shops today and now are proud owners of a fridge freezer, wardrobe, bed, sofa, 2 bookcases, a tv unit and coffee table. We also went to Asda and got things like a dish drainer, laundry basket, some kitchen utensils, etc so total spend £628.47 including delivery. Really pleased with what we got, reckon the only things we need now are a cooker and the rest of the carpets.

I also spent £40 on presents which came from the presents fund. Still haven't phoned the credit union to get my christmas savings out, must do that soon.

I've currently got a huge pot of bolognaise bubbling away so will have some of that for tea, the rest will go in the freezer for another day. Popping out to a friend's later for a coffee so looking forward to that.

Thanks monz :) Yeah it won't take long to get rid of it

Went out for lunch with a friend yesterday and spent £20 which was more than I had left in the social fund for this month but it was worth it. We went to a nice pub and it was the best gf meal I've had out for ages, the chips were amazing!

Really must phone the credit union today and get my christmas savings out as I plan to do some shopping over the weekend. I got paid £30.93 today from 2nd job so that will pay for next week's food shop :)

Right must get organised for work, not looking forward to it. Last night was a stressful shift and I imagine today will be more of the same. Definitely counting down the hours to my weekend off :D

Thanks monz so far it's been good :D

I went for a run this morning and then to the supermarket, spent £20.12. Me and OH went for a wander round the christmas market, didn't buy anything but have agreed to go back closer to christmas for a go on the ice rink and a mulled wine. Went for a rummage round the charity shops and I bought 2 jumpers, a top and a hoodie, spent £14.48. I also spent £14.13 on toothbrush heads and toothpaste plus £47.69 onpresents. Forgot to phone the credit union but had enough money in the presents fund to cover.

We're having beef stew for tea which has been in the slow cooker all day so it should be lovely. Plan for this evening is to curl up on the sofa and find a good film to watch.
