What a lovely day it's been, finally able to go out without a coat...still have cold feet though, although I think that's just me, has to be really warm before my feet are happy :rotfl:
Still planning my "new" kitchen.
I've been into town to look at worktops and sinks and paint (oh I know how to live :rotfl:)...spent all the money I took at the car boot sale. Had an eleventh hour change of plan for my paint colour (I'd been planning on a muted green for ages)...I blame pinterest!
Have been chipping the old tiles off the wall...it's taking ages, whoever put them on must have used the tile adhesive equivalent of super glue, they are stuck fast, and really awkward to get to.
I'm nursing a cut finger, those shards of tile are sharp
LB, hope your work is going okay this week, you've been very quiet
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
2 hrs stuck at school 2ngt for the forthcoming trip, what annoyed me was we were given a form and had to list parents details (just mine), but appoint a 2nd contact who would possibly need to go to FRance if anything happened.......... It sounds daft but for me and another parent by me who the heck were we going to nominate....
If the school had sent a note with the letter for the meeting saying you need x,y,and z info it would have been easier..
A no spend day today...long may they continue... xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Need to catch up.
Me - live in the Midlands
Age: over 21 and old enough to know better (54 this year).
5ft 8, red hair (most natural except I do cover the grey bit at the front), freckles. Weight - not 8 stone anymore - probably somewhere about 12 ish.
Cant think of anything else right now other than to say I am divorced with no kids, love travel, love reading.
Brain is not fully engaged because my dad passed away this morning at 9.30am - not sure how I feel to be honest. Trying hard not to be upset or cry so I am remembering the funny things that dad did that made us laugh.0 -
Horace - so sorry to hear your sad news. Sending you hugs x0
