Calicocat - many people put x at the end of their messages - on autopilot. I don't, but am even more of an old fossil as I've only sent two texts in my life!

Byatt - no pics yet - they don't stay still long enough! Mine came from the National Animal Welfare Trust site at Heaven's Gate Farm (I just love that name) at Langport. Up until the weekend there was an old pic of them, but they've re-vamped the website and it's gone now.

I've just looked at their site, there's lots of black and black/white cats! Bless them. :(

I'm not good with names so can't think of any for your two...have you thought of any? Do they have certain personalities that lend to a name?
  • Apparently black cats are the hardest to home, with black/white next hardest. I certainly don't want to leave the black one with the name "Blackie"! He is very sweet and quite small, and squeaks when the dinner bowl is brought out!! The b/w white one is bolder and a bit nuts - am thinking of calling him Billy.

    I had a black cat called Blackie...:D

    Billy and Benny?
  • Blackie seems a little politically incorrect these days ...

Honestly...never seen a funnier bunch of cats that are so happy...and chilled out. apart from the girl knowing she was potentially going to be attacked if she didn't back off (for feral cats) , these guys are pretty much ruling the roost..
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

One of the cats I used to look after was like a feral cat, I don't think he was, but he was so loving and purry, gorgeous...then in a split second, a look would come in his eye, and he'd attack. I got caught a few times before I got to know him better! The last time I looked after him, he was very ill and sooooo loving...immediately he began to feel better, out came the claws.

The Pet Shop Cats sound so lovely...there's a book somewhere there!

    Evening all

Hope you are all doing ok

Monday has been meh so glad that it's now over (work wise at least)

Byatt - glad to hear you are getting sorted re: the car

Calicocat - your post about the cats made me smile so much - thank you for cheering up my evening. Re: man in the cupboard - I think he probably doesn't even realise he does it. My boss has been known to do the same on emails to staff. It's funny.

RPP - what about the names Shadow or Ninja? ;)

    Ah they sound gorgeous...

    Was thinking of
    gin and tonic
bailey and whisky (bailey for the black as sounds the sweeter one, whisky as the other one bolder and stronger)...

I really don't know who is the daftest.... me or the dog... sat up watching tv late last ngt so ventured out of my chair to settee, - dog decides to share it with me, he pawed, fidgeted, nothing was right... got up.. he swopped sides then moved and got the pillow........ xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
