UPDATE:
Received email confirmation (from branded email address) today that both tickets have been cancelled.
She has also updated her terms with them so they cannot ticket anyone with a permit.
they tried fobbing her off with a reason as to why but she told them it was utterly ridiculous and not what they agreed. They are still in their trial period with them apparently so she said one more instance and they are gone. Hopefully that's the end of it but if I receive anything else/anything in post I shall let you all know.
Huge thanks for everyone's helps - truly appreciated - and I'll be keeping an eye on other IPC cases just in case!DEBT FREE AT LAST!
