Fixed Charge Notice - on a space that I pay for

Do you have any paper work or contract for this space.
You might be able to instruct them to cancel it yourself as principle in contract.Be happy...;)0 -

I would forward that to DVLA complaints about using their logo on paperwork and I think I would also contact the police and ask them to investigate fraud by misrepresentation, to me that looks like someone impersonating a council ticket a bit too close for comfort.Be happy...;)0

RockPaperScissors - is there a reverse to that notice?
There is no mention of either BPA or IPC on the charge notice, nor does it state that you can appeal the charge - very naughty!
Edit: second page uploaded in interim. C2C STILL do not mention here which membership they belong.
Can you get a copy of signage at the site?0 -

EDIT- Yes the membership was partly why I was confused as it doesn't state it and the newbie sticky mentions it a fair bit!DEBT FREE AT LAST!

I know this is a silly comment but how do you give a discount on a fixed charge?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Yes Coupon's aware that she needs to update the NEWBIE thread with details of IPC see

As you are well within the 28 days (ticket 8/1/13) of appeal anyway as per C2C and have not even had their non-compliant NtK - I would wait until Monday and get any photos of signage at the site and upload.
Try in the meantime to get the principal to chase up C2C - afterall you are renting the space legally!
We will write a suitably worded appeal for you to send Tuesday/Wed.:)0
