My figure in the latest list is wrong Shaggy - I've only done 1/20 so far.
What goes around comes around.....I hope!

Wow, well done you (from the person that has been stuck at 7lbs loss for 4 weeks now and needs to lose another 7lb in the next 4 weeks!)

I'm here, feeling slightly better and pleased I didn't have a heart attack. Apparently I've strained or torn some intercostal muscles, which gives very similar symptoms. Too much heavy lifting and need to take things easy for a while. Thanks for all the get well messages - love you guys :kisses3:

Anyway, I'm up to 5/30 please Shaggy x

Stu - sorry to hear you're still rollercoasting but great that you aren't giving up. Graeme has scraped me off the floor on one or two occasions *waves, slightly bashfully* and Honey Bear is my supporting Angel. Keep on trying - one day something will click and you'll find what you need to win this battle.

Arkers - that is an amazing weight loss. I am in awe. :T

I am supremely smug today as I had to have a chip in my front tooth fixed today (thanks to Tiny and his metal toy lorry) and on the medical form I got to write ZERO in the alcohol consumption box. OK, so I know it's early doors, but I'm sure I've got things sorted for me. Mostly AF with the occasional glass if celebrating.

Thank all of you. From the bottom of my heart. Xxxxxx

    3/25 AFDs today.

Dizzy, so glad it wasn't a heart attack, but ouch the muscle strain sounds painful. You'll have to direct operations from your couch instead of humping boxes around.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
