Not fancied it at all this week, feeling okay, I think having such a big break did me good.

Haven't really had much of a chance to catch up with the thread, but I did want to say, Well done Alex, keep going.

I did have a drink last night - we went out for dinner so I had a bit of wine, felt fine today. Tonight is AF, so that's now 4/24 for me please Shaggy.
    Trying to keep in budget.

4/24 AFDs and as I've just been prescribed antibiotics after a battle to see the GP, I'll not be drinking for the duration of those. Sarky GP said "shall we argue or shall I just write a prescription". "Write a prescription" said I crisply (bordering on ordering him to). God I hate that GP practice.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • 3 days AF today please.

Hopefully soon you'll have a nice, new GP in the NW! :)

    4/20 for last night.

Think the colour on the numbers isn't right. Sorry but on my phone.

I'm feeling the same - it's unexpected but very satisfying!

5/20 for last night please Shaggy.
