Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD
Shaggyx
Love it!!:rotfl:I'm doing very badly at this.
Alex, I was where you are (well worse actually) at the start of this week and now I'm on 6AF!:j You could do the same next week by not drinking on 'school nights'. You know it'll make you feel so much better about yourself and you CAN do it.0 -
Alex and 5YP, I hoope you are doing OK and have kept off the sauce so far. Try to distract yourselves, I know it's difficult, but we're here for youTrying to keep in budget.

Evening all
sorry I didn't check in last night. I had an evening meeting and didn't get home from work until 10:30.
I'm amazed to be reporting 17/31.
I must admit I would love a glass of wine at the moment but am determined to see this month through.
Keep well everybody
Joanne

Declaring early 17/31 as starting work early tomorrow and then on-call tomorrow night. I don't drink before these shifts in normal circumstances so won't be tempted tonight.0

Had case conference yesterday - was extremely stressfull but outcome was as good as could be expected. Went to fat club and lost 4.5ibs so really pleased with that - i'm sure the reduction in alcohol has helped! Went for a meal for a friends birthday and decided that I would drink (paid the £20 fine for Dryathlon!) and really enjoyed the wine - just should of stopped there but my friends then all came back to my house and we ended up drinking gin! Felt rough all day as a result!!! Anyway 15/31 for me and back to being good today!0
