Evening all! Hope everyone is doing well with their AF evenings and all the other things life chooses to throw at us.
My OH drinks a lot like I used to, but im so glad instead of feeling jealous I'm feeling even more empowered. Just knowing what better quality of sleep I'll be getting, how much more energy I'll have all day tomorrow. Now I'm really starting to feel brighter and better it is definitely easier to not consider drinking.
So I'm on 4/15. This is actually my 5th night in a row. I say it with great shame, but this is the longest I've been without one drink in 10 years at least. Through pregnancies, feeding, sickness.
I hope I'm coming out the other side of the vicious circle of drink, hangover, drink again

One thing I do know is that my biggest motivation at the moment is the determination to hit my target on here. Hopefully after time regular AF days will be the norm.

I haven't added any more a/f days but I am drinking less and I find that has raised my confidence. Maybe you could try reducing your intake before aiming for completely dry days?
