Evening all! Hope everyone is doing well with their AF evenings and all the other things life chooses to throw at us.
My OH drinks a lot like I used to, but im so glad instead of feeling jealous I'm feeling even more empowered. Just knowing what better quality of sleep I'll be getting, how much more energy I'll have all day tomorrow. Now I'm really starting to feel brighter and better it is definitely easier to not consider drinking.
So I'm on 4/15. This is actually my 5th night in a row. I say it with great shame, but this is the longest I've been without one drink in 10 years at least. Through pregnancies, feeding, sickness.
I hope I'm coming out the other side of the vicious circle of drink, hangover, drink againLBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0 -
