You may very well be right, Jake2. I'll just have to bake three times as many of Twinks's Hobnobs and keep scoffing them, then. And take a multi-vit pill with masses of the B vits. Thanks.

    8/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Just logging in to say 9/31 tonight.

I must admit that I feel like a tea time tipple after work tomorrow, the first time I have thought that in October!!! Must resist.

    6/21 for this evening.

Further to the caffeine discussion; recently I significantly cut down my consumption and found I had some rather bad headaches for a few days.

  • Morning, 9/31 please.

As weekends are my real downfall I have planned lots of things to do this weekend. I am the most un-arts & crafty person there is but tomorrow I'm planning a session with my daughter as she has to make Viking jewellery and combs for a school project. This should keep the wolf at bay!

Enjoy your weekend folks, whatever you are doing :)

    9/31 please Shaggy! :)

I've ordered some nice bottles of lemon San Pellegrino for this weekend, so I'll feel like I'm having a treat! Not really missing alcohol so far, have just had one moment of wanting a drink when I'd had a really stressful day, but it soon passed.

    Have a good weekend all!
