8/31 please, Shaggy.
The first ten days of going AF I had problems sleeping, but that sorted itself out. I now wake up with headaches on an alarmingly regular basis, although I sleep fantastically well. I've swapped pillows around, and am not dehydrated but I can't find out what's causing it. The headaches don't go away without painkillers and after 10+ weeks of being AF it's driving me crackers. In the olden days, very occasionally when I only had a glass or two (always two, come to think of it) I'd wake up with a headache and that didn't make sense to me, but clearly it was nothing to do with alcohol. Any suggestions, anyone?Better is good enough.0 -

Is it anything to do with caffeine? What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Hope not! Good call, Shaggy. For some reason I hadn't really taken that thought seriously until you mentioned it. I do love my coffee, but I don't drink it after about 1.00pm. I may have to wean myself off it, though. It's my final addiction.Better is good enough.0

Disappointed that I've gained a couple of pounds. I know it's come from my holiday and the family birthdays in September but I'm not best pleased! So definitely AF tonight and that makes the full SNC, so pleased with that too:).
