Great self control Maman, well done! :)

12/20 for me now please. Starting WW has done wonders with stopping me drinking in the week!

Even though I was very tempted to have a glass of wine last night, I also managed to resist :j.

10/12 AFD's so far - I will be drinking tonight & probably over the weekend (in controlled amounts of course ;)) but I might even manage to exceed my target this month :)

Thanks and well done to you too sukey.

Good to see your total creeping up chardonnay.

Interesting article in SW about how losing inhibitions when drinking leads to indulging in massive calories. Not only the ones in the booze but the munchies that go with it and then the carby/fatty cravings to deal with being hungover. Makes sobering ;)reading!

16/16 Woohoo! Think this might be the first time I have actually reached my target!
However, mum is visiting and I am holiday for most of the rest of the month so don't think I will be exceeding the target. Small victories and all that :)

:j Congratulations! Hitting target is a great achievement (well, from what I read, never done it myself!)

I eat like a pig the day after a heavy drinking session. Not good :o

I may be notching up another tonight (that will be 2 in a row) but can't depend on it yet! Will post later or tomorrow :)

Interview at 1pm for a 30 hour job that's worthwhile and matches my skill set - wish me luck?

Paid for our new apartment in full yesterday: we collect the keys today!

Sorry folks, no more AFDs to report this week...
