The Giving Up/ Cutting Down alcohol support thread - number 13

17/20 AFDs so far. Had some low alcohol days, but Saturday was too heavy if truth be told. Might just make target for the month, but I know if I don't set a target I'd have more drinking days than AF days.

Target day for me today so declaring early on 12/12 :j - I am going to try for another smiley which means I have to have to have Weds & Thurs AF too - fingers crossed

18/20 AFDs today, even though I bought a litre of red wine from Lidl today. But I have to be up early to get mum to a dressing clinic for 9:45 and it's 45 minutes drive away. It can take an hour to get her into the car, she dithers that much, bless.

Back from my hols on Sunday afternoon and straight back to work on Monday - still not caught up with all the washing

Had a fab time and even clocked up an AF day while away so 12/12 target reached tonight. I think I've added up that right as was on 9/12 before I went.
