It's lovely isn't it Fruball?! It just makes me want to drink alcohol unfortunately..... 5 days drinking in a row

However, back on track yesterday and managed another AFD so now 10/20 AFDs please Shaggy!

16/16 Woohoo! Think this might be the first time I have actually reached my target!
However, mum is visiting and I am holiday for most of the rest of the month so don't think I will be exceeding the target. Small victories and all that

Thanks but that's only because I set low targets!;) For me 10 is a default position and any extra days are a bonus although I'm disappointed if I don't manage any.


I'm out tonight so not planning AF but I'll get at least one more in this week.

I was out last night at a retirement 'do' was driving so only had one spritzer. I had a bottle chilling in the fridge for when I got home (old habits:o) but fancied a cup of tea instead. It could so easily have been an AF night but pleased I'm in control.
