    Afternoon,

3 more AFDs (and that is probably it for the month tbh.)

    Shaggyx

That's made me feel better because that's all I managed last month because of my holiday. But you were realistic and have met your target.:T

Have a great time. I'm hoping we have loads of AF days for you to log when you get back.;)

    Tenth Anniversary
Have a lovely holiday Shaggy!

No more AFDs to report for me I'm afraid :( I've had a drink 3 nights in a row now - annoyingly only one drink each time. I guess I should be pleased that I am drinking in moderation! Off to a wedding party tonight so will definitely be having a couple.

Have a feeling I'm not going to make my target this month. I think I need to be a bit more realistic when setting it! However, I am starting WW online on Monday so that will definitely help with racking up more AFDs.

Have a good weekend all! :)

Exactly what Fruball said from me too! That's a 50% increase to 3/TF. Hmm, this target free month has really shown me how much difference pledging a number and then planning to scramble towards it each month has made since last December.

    Sleep well everyone!

Calling in early with 15/20 AFDs

A difficult few days with mum staying, as she's become very anxious, and I would say that Saturday she was bordering on hysteria due to overheating, a bad dream, anxiety about the changes on the near horizon (possible care home after living in her house for 60+ years). The only time she calmed a little was when we prayed the Rosary together. This is because she concentrates on the prayers instead of how she's feeling.

I'm going for a run tonight, which is my therapy. Saturday morning's run was in a downpour - I must remember to take a towel and spare t-shirt for such eventualities!
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
