This has seemed a long week AFwise but I'm determined to do the full SNC. I think it's because I've had so many weeks either on holiday or with midweek meals out that I've forgotten what consecutive days feel like!

Didn't make the full snc this week after all but did only have a mini (175ml) bottle of wine last night so I am still feeling very pleased with myself.
