To all those suffering, along with their kids, during the exam period
Good Luck! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Good morning all :hello:
Shaggy well done on the weight loss...
Thank you sukeybo and maman for your comments on the Sorelle and becks blue placebosIm happy to continue with this until the habit breaks, if it does...
Debay - I hope you can get hold of a bottle to try and see the difference
satchmo1 - try and be strong...can I just share a regret I have when my two were battling. I have one with (AS) Asperghers Syndrome (DS1) and one without (DS2) , I always tried to make DS2 understand the problems of communication DS1 had...but I went the other way and made DS2 feel he had no hope of ever being understoodI should have taken his side more often and ignored the AS's behaviour...DS2 now tells me how sad this made him but because of his nature he never shared this as he always appeared to be a very happy child - its amazing what comes out around the dinner table now we are all adults together
I make a special effort with DS2 now
Anyways...Im calling in 4/23 for last night. I used a glass of the Rose Sorelle after my 12 mile run (just slipping that in there lol) to celebrate increasing the miles again - tasted mighty good and psychologically hit the spot - yeooooooooooooooo!!!
