Morning :hello:
9 AFDs to yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

permanentlystressed wrote: »AAHHH what a week. I am never going to reach 26. Currently only on 3 for the month. It has been a really stressful week, and several more coming up. 3 children doing "proper" exams, one doing end of term exams. Took line of least resistance. Can I review my figure for the month from 26 to 15? Better to be realistic, otherwise, knowing me I will just "start again" next month and put it off.
This could be me!!!
I have a son doing his GCSEs, another son doing his A levels and a daughter doing her 3rd year physics degree exams. Whilst the latter is at York university and not upstairs in the bedroom, pretending to study whilst really shooting people on a computer game, it doesn't stop me fretting. DS 1 and 2 have the usual teenage boy communication skills and I think I have all but given up trying to press for revision/effort/coming out of caveman like existences. My MIL is moving house and is a very difficult person to get on with. I'm the main communicator, but I have to stop communicating from time to time as I feel like I will lose it with her negativity. My DH is stressed over inspections at his schools and I'm totally fed up at work.
Anyway, long rant is leading up to only one more AF day to report. On 4/14. Rubbish really but attempting to make up for it this week. I won't drink tonight as it's yoga and I will try to drag myself to the gym tomorrow night. Not sure I'm going to make it this month. Will be happy to get anywhere close to target.
Hope the rest of you are doing a little better than me!
Kind regards
Slowdown:)0 -

I feel your pain Slowdown - I have 2 teenage boys but they follow the IB system - one has just finished up his end of year 11 exams, the other is in the lower 6th - nightmare here too as neither of them are that keen on revision.
My third one is only 8 so at least she doesn't have exam worries yet!Trying to keep in budget.
