What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    6/19 AFDs please Shaggy :)

I tried the Sorelle Rose last night. I can report that it did help to fill the wine shaped gap! It doesn't really taste like wine - more fruity really but it wasn't too sickly. It's probably the best of the alcohol free drinks I've tried so far. I bought it from Tesco on offer - 2 for a fiver and I still have a bottle of white, so will see how I get on with that. I want to try the apple juice with soda next as that's something that you can drink when you're out too - and it's cheaper! :)

I don't think I'm going to stop drinking at home for good but I just want to think more about my drinking, have a glass when I really fancy it, rather than feel I have to have a drink, just because it's the weekend. With going on holiday next week though, I'm happy with not drinking at home for the moment.

Have a good day all! Weather's awful here!
  • AAHHH what a week. I am never going to reach 26. Currently only on 3 for the month. It has been a really stressful week, and several more coming up. 3 children doing "proper" exams, one doing end of term exams. Took line of least resistance. Can I review my figure for the month from 26 to 15? Better to be realistic, otherwise, knowing me I will just "start again" next month and put it off.

Last night's party was a lovely, if very boozy, affair, so I do not feel so good today.
AF this evening, so 6/21 for me.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Hi Shaggy and everyone, I posted from my phone on Wednesday but it doesn't seem to be here. I was AF Mon - Wed and then again last night so that's 4/14 for me please Shaggy. I'm undecided about tonight.

OH was sat in the garden with a bottle of beer yesterday afternoon and just for a split second I considered having one, but then remembered that it was meant to be an AFD so the feeling soon passed. I finished my bottle of Sorelle last night, along with some nibbles and that was fine for me!

Will probably drink at family meal today, will see how I feel.

Have a fab Sunday all! :)
