I'd like to be AF tonight but I won't be declaring early, just in case. Feeling a bit weak this morning.
I could have written that myself slowdown- I am going to do my best for tonight and try to get another AF under my belt before the weekend but will report back tomorrow.
Have a great Thursday everyone0 -
Slowdown, Sukeyboo and Chardonnay, I'm a weekend binger too, and struggle sometimes thru the week if it's been a stressful/tiring day. Definitely have to change my ways...
Hoping I am back on track - this group really helps, so thanks to everyone.
Declaring 2/16 for June so far.

And you can add me to that list.:o
Although, that being said, my tolerance levels have dropped considerably since having AF days so it's not bingeing by previous standards!;)
Definitely going to be AF tonight.
3 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Hi All
I had my wee drink last night & thoroughly enjoyed it but thats me until Saturday (famous last words). It is a miserable grey wet day here so when I go home, its dinner, jammies & then chill with the kids then a wee early night with my kindle. Its easier for my when hubby isnt home at night because then I am tempted to ask him to go to the shop for a bottle! I hate going myself :rotfl:

I'm not drinking tonight so it's 5/21. Tomorrow will Not be AF as we have a Swedish friend's 50th birthday to go to - there will be lots of Schnapps, herring and singing.Trying to keep in budget.

4/21 for tonight please. I don't find SNC too tricky but, like many others, treat myself at weekends. Although I'm not drinking as much when I do drink.0

DH was a bad influence and lured me in to Pizza Express, where we had a lovely relaxed dinner and I had a glass of red wine. Great customer service from the waitress who gave us the discount despite the fact that the code wouldn't down load due to poor connectivity. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Please put me down for 10 this month Shaggy. Off on holiday on Saturday so hope to moderate a bit but unlikely to be AF.0
