Hi All :hello:
I will be having a wee drink tonight as we didnt have our usual date night last night, just had too much to do last night after swimming so we will haae it tonight. I am hoping by having a drink mid-week & only on Saturday it will reflect on the scales on Monday. Good luck everyone:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Long day today but don't feel tempted to drink. Funny, I don't usually feel tempted on rainy days - going to make a cuppa instead

Well everyone seems to be doing really brilliantly.
Rather like sukeyboo and Chardonnay I get to a Friday, drink too much and then carry on to Saturday and finish off the weekend with a small drinkie. My mindset is that it then carries me through to the next Friday with a Wednesday stop off if needs be. It sounds awful when I put it like that.
Also like maman , I don't set an overly high target. It means I'm more likely to exceed it, like I did last month. Not sure if I should set it higher and aim for it instead, but I'm not sure id like the disappointment when I didn't.
Anyway, 3/14 please Shaggy.
I'd like to be AF tonight but I won't be declaring early, just in case. Feeling a bit weak this morning.
