Although, that being said, my tolerance levels have dropped considerably since having AF days so it's not bingeing by previous standards!;)

    3 AFDs please Shaggy.

I think I may be the same. Not quite as much on the nights I do drink now but still OTT at times.

Can't clock another as had drinks last night. Not so much as to have a hangover but enough to make me feel lethargic and a bit sore throaty. Silly really. Didn't even have a stressful day.

Not sure when AF day 4 will come but hopefully Sunday will be.

Hope you are all doing slightly better.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

5/19 AFDs for me please Shaggy.

Planning for today and tomorrow to be AF and then I'm off to a family meal on Sunday, so planning to just have a couple of glasses of wine then.

I stopped drinking at home in the week a while ago. I found it hard at first, used to go to bed early and read, but I'm out of the habit of it now, so finding it a lot easier. I'm also trying not to drink at home at all at the moment and just save the booze for social occasions. I'm not saying I won't drink at home again but for the moment, this is working for me. I am going to try out my bottle of Sorelle this weekend as a lot of it with me with weekends, is just feeling I want to treat myself to something. I'll report back as to whether it filled the gap or not! :D

Hope everyone has a good sunny Friday and a great AF or moderate weekend! :)

Well, I did have a drink in the end last night but just the one mini bottle (175ml) of wine.

On a positive note, I used to think that once I had 'ruined' an AF day I may as well 'go for it' and ended up drinking more than I should :o - now I am happy to just have the one drink and enjoy it ;).

I have now tried the Sorelle too (the white one) and I think it is one of the nicer non-alcoholic drinks I have tried - they are normally far too sweet for me but this one is very nice - I would like to try the Rose version too but my local Tesco doesn't stock this one.

Have a great weekend everyone :)

I am hoping to build up to not drinking at home through the week, but still have a drink at the weekend without overdoing it, well done you :T

Well done, I am the same, I ended up having a drink last night & proceeded to finish the bottle, I would love to have just one & be satisfied with that, I think I will try this sorelle wine, I am aiming not to have a drink tomorrow night to make up for last night. :o. I wont put any more AF's down though until I have actually done it!!

Have a good weekend all, I shall try pop in over the weekend to see how everyone is doing x
