:j AF last night!! 5/14
There was a little left over wine that went into my risotto yesterday but that was for flavouring and the alcohol would have boiled off so I am not counting that!2024 Challenges- Grocery Budget (January £0/£300)

Thanks for the 'heads-up' on the Sorelle Fruball - definitely worth trying at that price.
Well done for resisting temptation maman :T
7/12 for me for last night please shaggy.
Have a great day everyone0 -
Hello you gorgeous people
Fruball - thanks for the info on the reduced price of Sorelle - I have ordered 12 bottles through click and collect.
So, so sorry for the long winded post but I am very excited :T
I bought the Sainsbury's alcohol free red, white and sparkling last night. Obviously this is only my opinion - the red is ok but no way could I drink it in copious quantities, the white is really nice and a nice change to sorelle. Im out on a works do tonight and always love popping open a bottle of cava in my 'get ready mode' so I will be sampling the sparkly stuff this evening and will let you know if its bearable :rotfl:and if it hits the spot!! The Sainsbury's stuff is cheaper £2.50 per bottle and if you buy 6 you receive 25% discount.
Here's a debate: the Sainsbury's bottles say 0.05% on back of the bottle but the label advertises it as alcohol free - what do you lot think? Can it be classed as totally AF and can be clocked up here as an AFD or not?
Region of origin: Germany
Units of Alcohol: 0.0 units
Alcohol by volume: 0.05 %
Statutory description: White Alcohol Free Aromatised Wine - Alcohol not more than 0.05% vol
Shaggy could you please put me down for 7/12

Hi everyone,
Well done to all those staying AF and trying out the AF wines. I'm not there yet, but I have managed four nights in a row so now up to13/14af days. I'm actually really pleased but I'm not entirely sure I'm going to make 14. My week off starts tomorrow and I'm going away. I will try to get an AF night before the end of the month but I will be pleased with 13.
I really had to fight hard today. I found myself thinking about a glass of wine around midday. It carried on late afternoon, so this evening I went to the gym. Then it crept up on me again so I had a bath. Then it tapped me on the shoulder so I came on here. It's now nibbling my toes so I'm off to make a cup of herbal tea and go to bed. Liquorice and mint is my favourite so I will try that.
Blimey it's tricky avoiding the bottle.
Kind regards

Hi All
Can I come back & join you lovely people. I am starting to fall into old habits again. I can't do this on my own
. Since I was last on my hubby told me he had saw my posts on here, he had saw I had left the page open on my laptop. I was very embarrassed as I told him I was cutting down but didnt tell him I had came on here & poured my heart out. He said he was worried too because both my parents were alcoholics, we had a good long talk & I was doing great for a while. I even went to a few nights out & stayed AF. I started Slimming World class in January & was doing well but have found that if I can lose weight & still drink wine then yay :T but I am only kidding myself really.
Since Monday when I put a lb on at slimming world I havesaid I would come back on the forum but kept putting it off, saying to myself ”I will do it tomorrow”. I think I wasscared (if that makes sense), if I come on here then I am admitting I have aproblem, but if I just keep drinking a bottle of wine at night then its ok toput it off for another day. I guess that’s the first step taken. I know I can do it, once the first AF nightis out of the way then it gets easier, for me anyway. This weekend is not a good time to start as Iam going away but I am going to try to cut back & declare my first AF onSunday. There thats me put it in black & white
