:hello: hi macpep. I'm in much the same position. I came on here and cut back on my wine before starting SW. My plan is to only drink at weekends and special occasions (like meals out or holidays) but often life creeps up. I did it to me last night.:o
I'm going to try to drink sensibly over the weekend and then back on that wagon for a few more days next week.0 -

Maman :hello: This is my plan starting Sunday, it just the thought of not having wine in my hand at night, panic stations but once the first one is done then thats it, hopefully I can get through to Friday with no hiccups:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Welcome back macpep :hello:,
It was through you & maman that I found this thread and I have found it very helpful and supportive.
5-year plan has been drinking a 0% wine called Sorelle (as you have probably seen) which I have been wanting to try and I finally managed to get to a decent Tesco and find some today - you might find that useful as a wine 'substitute'.
Enjoy your weekend and good luck for next week
I succumbed to last night maman - Thursdays seem to be a really tricky night for me
Have a great Bank Holiday weekend everyone:):):):)

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
