I have been away with friends... very boozey... no more days to add yet!

That's what I'm thinking too. Even though Friday and Saturday weren't AF, I drank way less than I used to.
Did some counting last night and to meet my target I can only have 1 more non-AF day this month. Have a night out planned for 31st so guess it's going to have to be a dry Bank Hol weekend for me.0 -
Great Manchester 10km completed, 12minutes quicker than the 10km I did last week.
:T That's brilliant Barny. I think you're doing well to complete 10K but to improve as well is fantastic.eta - actually, whilst we drank every day, my total amount consumed was much less than half what I would drink at home so I do feel a bit virtuous
Strangely, that's something I was thinking about last night. I have this awful habit of drinking too much, too quickly early in the evening, generally when I'm cooking. I deal with it by then having a break before I have another drink later in the evening. But it's not something I do when I'm out with friends. Then I start later and drink far more sparingly. Why???
I know I'll be AF today as I'm out tonight and driving .
6 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Good morning everyone :hello:
Shaggy im up to 4/14 AFDs...I consciously had a couple of glasses of wine last night, sharing a bottle with my DD - but the strangest thing happened I didnt enjoy it any more than if I was downing my Sorelle...so I just switched. I felt what a waste of an AFD :rotfl:
I hope everyone has a great day and stays AFD if they can :jThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

12/20 AFDs - even though DH had poured me the last glass of wine whilst setting the table for dinner. I gave him the wine and had sparkling water instead. Sainthood beckons! What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

10/20 please
Well I think my target is 20 I can't go back and check or I'll lose this post.
I should be on 11 days but ended up drinking an extra day on the weekend. Felt disappointed with myself in some ways but reminded myself it was in moderation and my stop button was exercised. Improvements are happening.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
