What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

11/25 for tonight please. I know it's early but always feels better to shout it now. Less temptation later :o

Totally agree. This is a new thing for me but I find it helps.

    Hello everyone :)

Just a quick update. I have discovered Sorelle - 0% alcohol free wine - it tastes like a slightly sweeter than sau blanc but has completely done the trick for me :j

In the last 3 weeks I have only consumed 3 x glasses of Guinness (all 3 times after strenuous walks or runs) and last Saturday night I had approx a bottle of wine (interspersed with Sorelle) - other than that I have been AF.

I can hardly believe it myself, but because it tastes like wine (sort of) and I drink it out of a proper wine glass the placebo effect is amazing, probably the same as the guys on here that drink becks blue. Basically I havent stopped the habit of having a glass or more of 'sorelle' each night, but without the effects of 'the night before' feeling.

Shaggy if its ok - could you add me to the list till the end of the month (17 days). I would like to go for 14/17 :j
