Morning :hello:
1 more AFD.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Morning all :hello:
Well I did manage an AFD yesterday and am definitely going to have another one today so that will take me to 4/12 please shaggy.
Hope you all have a good day, especially those that are struggling at the moment0 -
Made it to 8/15 AFD's as of yesterday.
The rest of the week won't be so good now, as I'm out tonight and have a wedding to go to Friday - Planning a clean week next week to make up for it.0 -

I will be having a comradely couple of glasses of white wine and soda with by best mate on Saturday - but at the most that happens twice a month, so in theory I should be looking for about 28/30 days from next month!!
What I like about posts like these is it shows we're in control the booze rather than the other way round. I know my AF totals are relatively low but I'm pleased that I have few (if any) s*d it days when I planned to be AF and wasn't. I know that doesn't apply to those who intend to give up but I think for cutters-down it's a big victory.
:hello: lamarsi. Congratulations and good luck with SW.
I'm definitely not drinking tonight.
5 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
