Ooh! Poor kitty. What on earth will you feed him now? I have a very old, lady cat. She's got her teeth still but some of her other faculties appear to be deserting her. She can't seem to remember when she's just eaten. Come to think of it, I fear I may be having the same problem!

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

I am amazed that he started feeding on his normal 'wet food' pouches almost straight away - he seems a much happier cat this morning :).

I think your old lady can be excused losing some of her faculties, one of our previous cats was an old lady too (21 years) and she never had any problem with her teeth but did get a bit 'eccentric' in her old age .

Am definitely going to have an AFD today so that takes me to 3/12 please shaggy - not brilliant considering it is the 13th today :o

Have a good day all x

ho hum its been some time since ive been on here, Im afraid things have got on top of me again and ive started to drink far too much. Saturday i went out came back plastered then was really horrid to my mum (im also clinically depressed) the two things just got on top of me. Now my mums not speaking to me at all. Ironically when my brother who was born with mental health problems starts shouting at her she forgives him as its not his fault, but me who has developed a mental illness doesnt deserve forgiveness. People in the know, understand that its not the real person talking its an illness. I normally take it out on hubby Thankfully hes my rock and now just ignores my moods. Im also having a blip with my medication which is known about about. Ho hum...Anyway the long and short of it is, i need to give up once and for all. i dont like how it makes me more depressed , more suicidal feelings , etc etc im sure you know as most f you have been there before or are there now. be nice to be back amongest understanding people. Im on day 2 af so far , this morning being day 3 ive woken up with flu like feelings and feeling nauseas and shakey, guess im either detoxing or im not well.
Anyway thanks for letting me blow off steam love to you all xx

oh put me down for 21 af please shaggy ..ive done 2 already

3/16 tonight please. Decided to give up smoking on Sunday as well as no booze until next Saturday so feeling a bit edgy here.

Can sympathise with the cat situations. Mine became ill on Easter Sunday and had to go to emergency vets. On the mend now but I am now £770 down and waiting to hear from insurance company!

    Welcome back Mum of 3.

    2/14 for me! :j

I will be having a comradely couple of glasses of white wine and soda with by best mate on Saturday - but at the most that happens twice a month, so in theory I should be looking for about 28/30 days from next month!! :o

    Quick one 3/21

Really craved a drink glass night but went to bed early, woken up very shakey but better now ive had a cup of tea, no headache this morning just very achey bones. Poor little boy had a nose bleed in the night (on the new clean bed sheets ..why does it happen like that ?) so he was quite distressed, seems to suffer them a lot, But then so do his dad. More sheets to wash and dry today, thankfully its a lovely day out.

Have a great day all xx
