Please would you put me down for 14 in April. I slept really really well last night. I have a work do with free booze tonight and am in two minds this morning about whether to be AF or not.
    Have a good Wednesday everyone!

19/20 AF days as of last night. Hope to exceed target.
Started a vegan wholefood regime on Sunday. Not really sure why as it wasn't planned, but seemed like a good time (I suspect I am allergic to dairy and have been vegetarian for 25 years, so vegan seemed the next step). Have been sleeping extremely deeply since and for a long time and am really tired in the afternoon too. This is coupled with the fact I have been recently walking the dog for 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day. After all the years of abuse, my body isn't used to fresh air, exercise and good food. But I shall persevere as best as possible for a few days and see if I get over the 'withdrawal'.

    6/15 please for last night.

Thanks Honeybear and Maman - I will add that to 'things wot I have learnt' since starting this - do not drink wine before dinner!

Very impressed Shaggy with the number of CFD. Please may I have 12 AFD for April. Lower than I would like but away on hols and not sure I would achieve AFDs on those days although will be aiming for low alcohol days too. Fortunately I rarely want to drink at lunchtime as I just want to sleep in the afternoon so LAFD would be good whilst away!

I'm another that feels sleepy after lunchtime drinking. It's embarrassing falling asleep in the theatre during a matinee.:o

I've been tired in the afternoons this week too but I put it down to clocks changing.:)

I'll have my usual target for April Shaggy. I'm away for a few days over Easter too but should manage across the month.:)
