I didn't post in advance yesterday as I was contemplating a 's*d it' day. That's always a risk when I'm at target and I think the freedom I allow myself on holiday doesn't help.

Pleased to report that DH offered me a drink but I refused so another AFD.:)

That's it for this month as I've planned drinking today and tomorrow. Thanks for helping us Shaggy. You're a star.:T

    13 AFDs please Shaggy.

P.S. How are you feeling HB? Is your lurgy gone yet?:)

Calling in early for tonight with 14/16, so at least I made my second smiley this month, wasn't sure at one point that I would. Haven't decided what I am doing tomorrow evening but I suspect alcohol will feature at some point,

April is going to be a challenge for me as I have a lot on, but I will try for 14 please Shaggy

I'd be really, really interested to know how it goes GK. Dairy is the only food group I've never cut out and I can't face the thought of even a day without yoghurt, although I can manage to go cheeseless for a day or two. I know there's a theory that says people crave the foods they shouldn't eat which is why I think I should try cutting it out. Could you let us know if you notice any difference?

Just had a coconut dairy free yoguhurt from Alpro which was like very lightly coconut flavoured custard, absolutely divine for a sweet tooth like me. Got this from Tesco as well as milk free smoky cheese, which I haven't tried yet. Cheese is the thing I will really miss. Managed to track down some vegan wine that wasn't extortionate too!
The tiredness I was feeling in the afternoon has gone away and I am now 5 days wholefood vegan. I have to say my energy and concentration levels are already improving. I did the exact same thing 20 odd years ago and survived on 4 hours sleep and jumped out of bed in the mornings full of energy, I just slipped back into bad habits.

21/20 AF calling in early for tonight.
Can I set a target of 20 for April please Shaggy. Like many people April is a busy month with Easter etc (and my birthday), but will do my best
