Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Worrying that work seems to be putting temptation in front of you so often. Good luck with it WBF.Green_Karen wrote: »I suspect I am allergic to dairy and have been vegetarian for 25 years, so vegan seemed the next step.
I'd be really, really interested to know how it goes GK. Dairy is the only food group I've never cut out and I can't face the thought of even a day without yoghurt, although I can manage to go cheeseless for a day or two. I know there's a theory that says people crave the foods they shouldn't eat which is why I think I should try cutting it out. Could you let us know if you notice any difference?
I could never drink at lunchtime without getting very, very sleepy in the afternoon. Having found that out when I was very young I never did it unless I knew I could have a nap if there was something on that evening. And the nap generally didn't do the trick, either.
29/31 please, Shaggy and 30 for April. Congratulations on making it to three days in a row, chocolate-free. My no sugar thing lasted about 10 days at the beginning of Lent and since then I've reverted to old habits ....Better is good enough.0 -
