Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday and I'm on my 9th CFD in a row - that's chocolate free days!
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Well done on the CFDs Shaggy.:T
I'm going to join you as although only a couple of squares I'd fallen into the habit of it becoming a nightly routine. The last thing I need is to replace one calorific habit with another:).0 -
Bit late posting but target day for me yesterday
12/12 please Shaggy - well done on the chocolate free days too:T0 -
18/16 for tonight please.
I'm a bit embarrassed by my target for April but am away from 20th and with Easter weekend too - I'll possibly only be AF for 10 days in April. Hopefully, I'll get a few more in but would rather not aim too high and not make it. Not really going the right way from high targets in January and February though
Well done to everyone making target this month :T0 -
Shaggydoo, can I please set a target of 21 for April (and a well done from me on the choccy too).
Hey Shaggy can I put in a tiny request, hope okay, can we please have the twirly daisy thing for 21 days in April? ... the only reason I ask (and this will very possibly sound mildly silly) is I like the twirly daisy so much and last year it was awarded for 21 days for April, and that's where I first got the idea I should really be going for 21 days as my target each month this year! No joke :rotfl:Oh dear. Anyway, 21 days seems to be working quite well for me, I usually get to the end of the month with only one or two days to spare, which feels about right really. When my target was 15 days a month I would quite often end up with a whole week of days I could drink on at the end of the month and using them all to drink felt wrong but I never felt like making them AFDs either because I'd already hit target so it felt like too much effort or something. So 21 is better.0 -
16/20 tonight please.
Will have a look at my diary and think about April's target.0 -
17/16 for me please.
I know I need to keep a strong check on myself at the mo as it would be so easy to fall back into bad habits.
Pleased with this month after February's fail but not my usual 18/19/20 of the past 6 months. They are still days to grab tho.
Please can I hv 18 for April and I hope to beat that too.
Live your daisy idea Cathy!!!Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
10/10 for me in spite of going to the pub after work.0
