2/10 please Shaggy.
I had a bad day at work and fell over rushing this morning so am a bit bruised and pathetic. OH is away for work too so I was very tempted to drink myself into numbness. Then I remembered it wouldn't really help. Onwards and upwards.0 -
Well I went out for dinner with an ex-colleague I haven't seen for years and drank only sparkling water and coffee, so well done me! I have to admit it felt weird going out for a meal and not having a glass of wine, but I am pleased I didn't have one. Now on 3/16 pleaseWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0

Been AFD all month so far (go me :T) So up to yesterday I'm on 5/24.
I suppose it helps that Small and Tiny have had a nasty bug which I feel like I'm fighting off too
I hope the bug is on it's way out, Dizzy, and that things settle back down to a calm normality really quickly. Well done on the AF days, though. Silver lining and all that.Wanna_Bee_Free wrote: »2/10 please Shaggy.

*Ouch* I hope the bruises look worse than they feel and you get lots of sympathy.
7/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Sorry to hear about your fall wbf and well done on your achievement lucy.:)
A few fleeting cravings last night but managed OK in the end. Although I only had two extra days last week I'm being reminded of all the things I found difficult when I first cut down. That doesn't happen when I come back from drinking on holiday as I'm in a different environment I suppose. Last night it was people congregating in a bar on a TV programme but the difference is that now when I tell myself to ignore the bells I generally do!
No plans to drink tonight.

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
