Been drinking Beck blue, lime cordial and fizzy water and trying to force down green tea because a doctor friend on holiday told me it was very good for you, must say it is an acquired taste and I haven't acquired it yet but still trying. Did need sugar yesterday and raided son's bedroom, must put a stop to that before I pile the weight I lost for the summer back on!!DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000

Fresh start today and must do better.:D

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
