How long would a bottle of white wine last in the fridge? Usually it doesn't hang around long enough for me to find out. In the past i have frozen remains to stop me drinking it but it does tend to defrost a little grainy.

I could buy the small bottles i suppose but they are more expensive.

I use the vacu vin type which is about £8. If I'm sober enough to remember, stoppered wine keeps happily for a few days. Not that it lasts that long in this house very often. :)

It should be okay for a few days in the fridge, especially if it's stoppered. If you freeze it the best answer is to use it in cooking.

    3/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

    2/22 please :)

Succumbed to some rose tonight, half and halving it with lemonade though. Tomorrow we're out so I doubt I'll resist then either. But, back to work next week, which is always an easier dry patch.
